Regulatory frame
The applicable requirements depend on the facility, material, and agency. For AFFF transitions, review current DoD restrictions, waivers, and approved replacement specifications. PBS does not perform laboratory analysis directly; all sampling is coordinated with NELAP-accredited labs and the chain-of-custody is part of the deliverable. PBS does not replace agency Remedial Project Managers — the firm supports their workflow.
